Phase Two – Proposal

Based on the information gathered in Phase One, your Integrity Consulting designer prepares a detailed proposal for you outlining all work to be done, the related costs, and a proposed project timeline. If the terms of the proposal are agreeable, you return a signed copy of the proposal to Integrity Consulting along with a deposit for twenty five percent of the contract price.

Phase Three – Marketing Strategy

Your Integrity Consulting Web Developer will work with you to devise an effective plan for marketing your web site. Your consultant will explain various options for online marketing such as search engine placement, pay-per-click advertising, opt-in mailing lists, and affiliate programs. Once a marketing strategy is agreed upon, your consultant will outline a plan for building your site to best fit that strategy.

Phase Four – Collection and/or Creation of Content

Integrity Consulting produces all content that is specified in the contract to be provided by Integrity Consulting. You supply Integrity Consulting with all other content to be included on your website. Content includes such things as copy text, logos, graphic images, photographs, video, audio, and digital certificates for credit card processing.

If necessary, Integrity Consulting will assist you in selecting a domain name (i.e. www.yourbusinessname.com), web hosting package, SSL Certificate, and/or Merchant Account during Phase Three.

Note: Integrity Consulting will not begin any work until all content to be provided by you is received. This policy exists to assure the quality and timeliness of your project.

Phase Five– Creation of Design Template

Integrity Consulting produces a design template for your site. The design template includes the basic page layout, color scheme, styles, fonts, and menus. The design template is presented to you for your approval. Your Integrity Consulting designer will make any requested changes and submit the design template to you for approval.

Phase Six – Build Site

Once you approve the final design template, your Integrity Consulting designer will begin to build your site. Integrity Consulting will provide regular updates on the progress of your site.

Phase Seven– Testing

Integrity Consulting will test the appearance and functionality of your site on multiple browsers and operating systems.

Phase Eight – Presentation of Completed Site

Integrity Consulting presents the completed project to you for final approval.

Phase Nine – Search Engine Submission

Integrity Consulting submits your web site to be indexed by all major search engines.

Phase Ten – Maintenance and Training

Once your web site is complete, you may take advantage of Integrity Consulting’s Optional Web Site Maintenance Services or Training Classes. To keep your site up-to-date, have your Integrity Consulting designer make occasional changes to the content of your site or learn how to do it yourself.
